Canada Domestic Shipping

At Mathel, we offer both standard and express delivery options within Canada to suit your needs. Once you’ve entered your delivery address at checkout, you’ll see the available delivery choices.

 

Standard Shipping – $8.90

We thoughtfully prepare and package your order within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Once it's on its way, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

 

Express Shipping – $12.90

For a faster option, we prioritize your order with express handling, preparing it within 1-2 business days. From there, our shipping partner will deliver it to your door within 1-2 days, perfect for last-minute needs, special events, or simply because you are excited!

Please note: Express orders are shipped only on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow it right to your door. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and your location.

Note: To ensure efficient processing, we may combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day period. By placing multiple orders during this timeframe, you agree to this policy. Refunds are not available for combined shipments.

 

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States and free shipping on orders over $200. Please note that shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on the final delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Additionally, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your location and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience.

International orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Please double-check all details before placing an order, as we are unable to make changes or accept exchanges on international shipments.
